This case features a 35-year-old patient who underwent breast augmentation with a lift to restore volume and improve breast shape and position. The procedure included placement of Allergan SSM 295 cc smooth round silicone gel implants in the subfascial plane, paired with a mastopexy (breast lift) to address moderate ptosis and achieve a more lifted, youthful contour.
