This 23-year-old patient underwent breast augmentation with smooth, round, full-profile (SRF) 450 cc silicone implants placed above the muscle (subglandular position). The after photos show a fuller, more balanced breast shape with enhanced projection while maintaining soft, natural-looking contours. Above-the-muscle placement was selected to optimize cleavage and shape based on the patient’s anatomy and aesthetic goals. Results reflect improved volume and proportion with a smooth, symmetrical appearance. Individual results may vary.
