54-year-old female underwent a facelift, necklift, and lower blepharoplasty for a full facial rejuvenation. She was bothered by the loose skin and wrinkles around her eyes, by the loss of midface volume (cheek volume), deepening nasolabial folds, early jowling, neck skin laxity, and platysmal banding.
