Her procedure included an augmentation mastopexy, combining a breast lift with placement of 310 cc smooth, round silicone implants to restore upper-pole fullness and elevate breast position. The breast enhancement provides a natural, youthful contour while improving symmetry and overall proportion.

To address abdominal laxity and changes from aging and past pregnancies, the patient also underwent a full abdominoplasty, which tightened the underlying abdominal muscles and removed excess skin for a smoother, firmer midsection.
