These photos showcase the results of an augmentation mastopexy at approximately 2.5 months after surgery. The procedure was performed to enhance breast volume while also lifting and reshaping the breasts for a more youthful, balanced contour.

In the after images, the breasts appear fuller with improved upper pole volume, better projection, and a more elevated nipple–areola position. The overall shape is more proportionate to the patient’s frame, with improved symmetry and firmness compared to the preoperative appearance.

At this stage of healing, swelling has continued to subside and the breasts are beginning to settle into a more natural shape. Incisions are healing well and will continue to fade over time as recovery progresses. Individual results may vary, and continued refinement can be expected over the coming months.
