Center for Plastic Surgery was formed in 1986 by the merger of two plastic surgery practices in the Washington, DC, area. The practice of Dr. James French and Dr. Wesley Price merged with the practice of Dr. Albert Fleury Sr. and Dr. Albert Fleury Jr. to form the new group and provide plastic surgery services to a wider geographic area as well as a broader spectrum of plastic surgery procedures. In recent years, Center for Plastic Surgery has had the good fortune of having three talented surgeons join the practice: Dr. Samir S. Rao, Dr. Frank P. Albino, and Dr. Arjun P. Kanuri. Dr. French retired in 2021. Since 1986, Center for Plastic Surgery has continued to flourish into a practice of award-winning doctors known for their experience, skill, and the incredible results they provide their patients.

Kanuri, and board-eligible plastic surgeon Dr. Christopher M. Fleury. All four of our caring, talented surgeons have consistently ranked in The Best Doctors in America, as well as in Washingtonian magazine’s annual list of best doctors. In addition, Dr. Price has served as plastic surgery section chief at Sibley Hospital.
Dr. Samir S. Rao has also been recognized on several top doctor lists. Additionally, he serves as a peer reviewer for the medical journal Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and has developed Center for Plastic Surgery’s microsurgery division. Dr. Frank P. Albino has earned multiple awards over the years for both academic excellence and teaching. Dr. Albino is also heavily involved in research, co-authoring over 30 peer-reviewed journals and spearheading new research initiatives.
Locations & Centers
Center for Plastic Surgery has two offices in the Washington, DC, area, minutes from the Washington beltway in Chevy Chase, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. We see patients for both cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures. Our surgeons and skincare specialists also offer skin health care consultations, BOTOX® Cosmetic treatments, filler injections, and other nonsurgical services in both offices.
Outpatient surgery is mostly performed at our Northern Virginia in-office private Quad-A certified OR, at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, DC, and at Inova Fairfax Hospital.
