Description:

This patient underwent a combined breast augmentation and mastopexy to restore volume, improve shape, and lift the breasts for a more youthful, balanced appearance. Prior to surgery, the breasts showed loss of upper pole fullness and sagging. After surgery, 270cc implants were placed to enhance volume while a breast lift reshaped and elevated the breast tissue and nipples.

The result is fuller, rounder breasts with improved symmetry, enhanced upper pole contour, and a lifted, natural-looking profile that complements the patient’s frame. Individual results may vary.
