Breast Reconstruction Case #300
Description:
This patient underwent nipple-sparing mastectomies with initial tissue expander placement to gradually restore breast volume and shape. After adequate tissue expansion, the expanders were exchanged for silicone gel implants to achieve a natural contour and symmetry.
The “before” images illustrate the patient’s preoperative anatomy, while the “after” images demonstrate the results following staged reconstruction, highlighting improved breast projection, symmetry, and preservation of the nipple-areolar complex.
This case exemplifies a safe and effective approach to restoring form and confidence after mastectomy while maintaining a natural aesthetic outcome.
