Description:

This patient underwent breast reconstruction following bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies. Reconstruction was performed in stages, beginning with placement of tissue expanders to gently and gradually recreate the breast shape, followed by a second procedure to exchange the expanders for permanent silicone gel implants. The after photos demonstrate restored breast contour, improved symmetry, and preservation of the natural nipple-areola complex, reflecting a balanced and natural-appearing reconstructive outcome.
